fa بررسی رابطه درجه حرارت مرکزی بدن با بروز لرز بعد از عمل جراحی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به شیوع لرز در اعمال جراحی بعد از بیهوشی و عوارض شناخته شده، اهمیت اطلاع از علل بوجود آورنده آن و تناقض در مورد نقش درجه حرارت مرکزی بدن با بروز لرز و به منظور رابطه درجه حرارت مرکزی بدن با بروز لرز بعد از عمل، این تحقیق در مراجعه کنندگان به اتاق عمل جراحی بیمارستان سینا تهران در سال 1376 صورت پذیرفت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با روش مورد-شاهدی بر روی 60 بیمار در دو گروه با و بدون لرز پس از عمل جراحی انجام گرفت. تومورهای بعد از عمل که حالت تونیک داشته و به صورت waxing and waning بوده و 8-4 سیکل در دقیقه داشتند، لرز در نظر گرفته شدند. درجه حرارت مرکزی از طریق نازوفارنکس اندازه گیری گردید و میزان آن در دو گروه با t-test مورد قضاوت قرار گرفت. میانگین ها به صورت Mean±SD بیان شدند. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> از 60 فرد مورد بررسی، 30 نفر در گروه مورد (با لرز) و 30 نفر در گروه شاهد (بدون لرز) قرار گرفتند. دو گروه به لحاظ سن، جنس و درجه حرارت اتاق عمل مشابه بودند درجه حرارت مرکزی بدن در گروه بدون لرز 0.33±36.11 و در گروه با لرز 61.0±35.32 بود (P=0.001). در ضمن فراوانی لرز در نمونه مورد بررسی، 36.7% بود. ن</p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>تیجه گیری:</strong> کاهش درجه حرارت مرکزی بدن با بروز لرز بعد از عمل رابطه دارد. با توجه به شیوع لرز و عوارض آن، تحقیقات تجربی جهت افزایش درجه حرارت مرکزی بدن و یا کاهش لرز توصیه می گردد. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> Postoperative shivering is a common complication in patients under anesthesia and because of the importance of its etiology and the controversies on the relationship between core body temperature and shivering, this study was carried out on referrals of Sina hospital in Tehran in 1997. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> Case-control strategy of this study was performed on 60 patients divided into shivering and non-shivering groups. Postoperative tremor with tonic pattern and having a 4 to 8 cycle/min waxing-and-waning component was considered as shivering. Core body temperature was estimated by a nasopharyngeal probe in both groups and they were compared using t-test. The means were reported as Mean±SD. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results:</strong> This research was carried out on 90 patients, i.e., 30 patients for case group (Shivering) and 30 patients for control group (Non-shivering). Both groups were similar regarding age, gender and temperature of operation room. Core body temperature in non-shivering group was 36.11±0.33 and in shivering group was 35.32±0.61 (P<0.001). Meanwhile, prevalence of shivering was 36.7 percent. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> There exists a relationship between core body temperature and the occurrence of shivering.
