fa گزارش یک مورد کچلی ناخن با داروی گیاهی درمنه عمومى General گزارش مورد Case Report <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به طولانی بودن درمان کچلی ناخن و بالا بودن عوارض جانبی داروی گریزئوفولوین در این مقاله به معرفی یک مورد کچلی ناخن دست با داروی درمنه که منشا گیاهی داشته اقدام گردید. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>معرفی مورد:</strong> مرد 36 ساله ای ساکن شهرستان کاشان که در شهریور ماه سال 78 متوجه ضخیم شدن و کنگره دار شدن و همچنین تغییر شکل و تغییر رنگ (زرد مایل به قهوه ای) و شکنندگی ناخن انگشت کوچک دست راست می شود و با توصیه متخصص پوست به آزمایشگاه قارچ شناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان مراجعه می کند و بیماری نامبرده درماتوفیتوزیس ناخن تشخیص داده شد. با توجه به این که از یک سو بیمار مبتلا به کم کاری کبد بوده و از نظر مصرف گریزئوفولوین محدودیت داشت و از سوی دیگر، اثرات فونژیوستاتیک محلول گیاهی درمنه توسط شرکت سازنده گزارش شده بود از این رو، درمان را با قطره درمنه شروع و روزانه سه بار به مدت 15 هفته و هر بار یک قطره به صورت موضعی مصرف گردید. ناخن به تدریج میل به بهبودی پیدا کرده تا این که در نهایت، طی مدت 14 هفته ناخن بیمار به حالت طبیعی در آمده، کاملا بهبود یافت و هیچ گونه عارضه خاصی مشاهده نگردید. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری و توصیه ها:</strong> قطره درمنه موجب درمان کچلی ناخن می شود. تحقیق روی نمونه های بیشتری را توصیه می نماید. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> Considering a prolonged treatment process for paronychia and a high complication rate for griseofulvin, in this study a case report on the treatment of pitted nail with Artemisia was introduced. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Case Report:</strong> A 36-year old man (An inhabitant of Kashan) noticed thickening and development of congregations, fragility and a change in color (Yellowish brown) and appearance in nail of little finger of his right hand. With recommendation of a dermatologist, he referred to laboratory of mycology of Kashan University of Medical Sciences and his disease was diagnosed as dermatophytosis. Because his liver was hypo-functional and there was contraindications for griseofulvin and since Artemisia had fungi static properties prepared by Baridje Essence Corporation, therefore local treatment with drop extract of this plant was begun three times/day for a period of 15 weeks. After 14 weeks, the nail restored to normal and no complication was observed. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Conclusion and Recommendations:</strong> Artemisia drop could effectively treat paronychia.
