fa ارزیابی هم افزایی فعالیت ضدّ میکروبی نانو ذرّات نقره و گیاه اکالیپتوس میکروتکا بر روی باکتری استرپتوکوکوس ‌موتانس Evaluation of synergistic antimicrobial activity of silver nanoparticles and Eucalyptus microtheca on streptococcus mutans medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: استرپتوکوکوسموتانس مهمترین عامل پوسیدگی دندان ها می‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر، خواص ضدّباکتریایی اسانس و عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه اکالیپتوسمیکروتکا و نانوذرّه نقره در مقایسه با اثرات تعدادی از آنتی بیوتیک های استاندارد، علیه سویه ای از باکتری مذکور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.  مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه تجربی، خواص ضدّباکتریایی ترکیبات موردنظر و آنتی بیوتیک های آموکسیسیلین-کلاوولانیکاسید، کلرامفنیکل و سیپروفلوکساسین به روش نفوذ دیسک در آگار علیه سویه استاندارد باکتری استرپتوکوکوس موتانس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج بااستفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS آنالیز شد. برای شناسایی ترکیبات شیمیایی عصاره و اسانس گیاه مورد آزمایش نیز از سیستم دستگاه کروماتوگراف گازی-طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده شد. نتایج: بیشترین مقدار قطر منطقه عدم رشد باکتری موردآزمایش، مربوط به تلفیقی از ترکیب عصاره و اسانس گیاه اکالیپتوس میکروتکا و نانوذرّه نقره به میزان 2/0±23 میلی متر و کمترین آن مربوط به تلفیق اسانس این گیاه و نانوذرّه نقره به میزان 1/0±7 میلی متر بود. همچنین قطر منطقه عدم رشد باکتری مذکور تحت تأثیر آنتی بیوتیک های آموکسیسیلین-کلاوولانیکاسید، کلرامفنیکل و سیپروفلوکساسین به ترتیب 1/0±9، 2/0±22 و 1/0±8 میلی متر ثبت شد. در اسانس گیاه موردآزمایش، 44 ترکیب شناسایی شد که ترکیبات اصلی آن به ترتیب شامل اکالیپتول، آلفاپینن، ال-ترانس-پینوکارئول بودند. در عصاره این گیاه هم، 30 ترکیب شناسایی شد که ترکیبات اصلی به ترتیب شامل اکالیپتول،گلوبولول و آرومان دندرون می باشد. نتیجه گیری: یافته ها نشان داد که نانوذرّه نقره در تلفیق با عصاره و اسانس گیاه اکالیپتوس میکروتکا فعالیت ضدّمیکروبی مناسبی علیه باکتری بیماری زای استرپتوکوکوس موتانس دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Streptococcus mutans is a main bacteria caused by tooth decay. In the present study, antibacterial activities of the essential oil and hydroalcoholic extract of EucalyptusMicrotheca and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) as compared to some different standard antibiotics, was evaluated against S. mutans. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, bactericidal activities of the mentioned essential oil, extract, AgNPs, and the selected antibiotics including Amoxicillin-Clavulanic acid, Chloramphenicol, and Ciprofloxacin were evaluated using the agar disc diffusion method against S. mutans. The main bioactive compounds presented in the essential oil and extract of E.microtheca were detected using gas chromatography technique (GC-MS). All the obtained results were statistically analyzed using SPSS software and the comparison test using Dunken with 95% of significance level was used. Results: The results obtained indicated that maximum clear zone area with diameter of 23±0.2 mm was observed for the samples containing essential oil and extract of E.microtheca  and AgNPs. While the minimum clear zone (7±0.1 mm) war related to the sample containing essential oil of E.microtheca and AgNPs. The results also indicated that the clear zone diameter for the samples containing Amoxicillin-Clavulanic acid, Chloramphenicol, and Ciprofloxacin were 8±0.1, 22±0.2 and 9±0.1 mm, respectively. GC-MS analysis indicated that there were 44 bioactive compounds in the essential oil of E.microtheca which Eucalyptol, alpha-Pinene and L-trans-Pinocarol were the most important components. Furthermore, the extract of E.microtheca was contained 30 bioavtive compounds which Eucalyptol, Globulol and Aroman dendron were its main components.
