fa بررسی تغییرات عنصر رویِ در سرم نوزادان با رشد کامل نیازمند به اعمال جراحی بزرگ medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی تغییرات وضعیت عنصر روی در سرم نوزادان با رشد کامل نیازمند به عمل جراحی بزرگ می‌باشد.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مواد و روش &shy;ها</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">: در این مطالعه 59 نوزاد با رشد کامل نیازمند به عمل جراحی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تمام بیماران تحت عمل جراحی با استرس بالا قرار داشتند. پاسخ متابولیک به جراحی با اندازه‌گیری رویِ &shy;سرم قبل و بیست‌وچهار ساعت بعد از عمل و موقع ترخیص با آنالیز سنجش مکرر </span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&quot;repeated measure&quot;</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> مقادیر رویِ &shy;سرم قبل از عمل 5/14</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">87/89 میکروگرم بر دسی &shy;لیتر، بیست‌وچهار ساعت پس از عمل 86/15</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">95/74 میکروگرم بر دسی&shy;لیتر و هنگام ترخیص 53/14</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">87/93 میکروگرم بر دسی &shy;لیتر بود. مقادیر رویِ&shy; سرم بلافاصله بعد از عمل کاهش داشت که این کاهش تا بیست‌وچهار ساعت اوّل عمل ادامه یافته است. مقادیر رویِ&shy; سرم بیست‌وچهار ساعت پس از عمل نسبت به مقادیر روی هنگام ترخیص کاهش معنی‌داری داشت. این تغییرات در دو جنس پسر و دختر متفاوت نبود. </span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد که در نوزادان رشد کامل نیازمند به اعمال جراحی بزرگ افت روی به‌طور موقت رخ‌داده، اما قبل از ترخیص به‌خودی‌خود برطرف می‌شود و بدین&shy; ترتیب نیازی به تغذیه مکمل حاوی روی در این بیماران در طی دو هفته پس از عمل جراحی نمی‌باشد.</span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> This study aimed to investigate the changes of serum zinc in term neonates who need major operation.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this study, 59 neonates who need major operation were studied. All patients underwent major surgical with high stress. The metabolic response to surgery was studied by measuring the serum zinc before and after surgery (24 hours and at discharge time postoperatively). The &quot;repeated measure&quot; analysis was used to test changes of plasma values of zinc over time.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The plasma values of zinc was 89.78&plusmn;14.50 &micro;g/dl after surgery, 74.95&plusmn;15.86 &micro;g/dl in 24 hours after surgery and 93.78&plusmn;14.53 &micro;g/dl at discharge. The plasma values of zinc decreased immediately after surgery that this decline continued until the first 24 hours of operation. Serum zinc concentration decreased significantly at 24 hours at discharge<span dir="RTL">.</span> No significant differences were found between the two sex groups.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of this study, zinc levels in term neonates who need major operation were decreased temporary but later returned to normal.
