fa فراوانی جهش رشدی در شیرخواران کوچک نسبت به سن بارداری متولد شده در کاشان طی سال های 89-1388 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>شیرخواران کوچک نسبت به سن حاملگی (<span dir="LTR">Small for Gestational Age; SGA</span>) در معرض خطر وزن یا قد نهایی پایین هستند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین فراوانی جهش رشدی در شیرخواران <span dir="LTR">SGA</span> می&shy; باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش&shy; ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی به بررسی سیر رشد نوزادان <span dir="LTR">SGA</span> متولد شده در شهرستان کاشان در سال &shy;های 89-1388 می&shy; پردازد. شیرخواران با وزن یا قد کمتر از صدک 3 منحنی رشد به&shy; عنوان <span dir="LTR">SGA</span> شناسایی شدند. شرح حال کاملی از مشکلات مادر طی بارداری، رتبه تولد و تحصیلات والدین تهیه شد. کودکانی که قد بالای صدک 3 یا وزن برای قد بالای صدک 3 (برای کودکان زیر 2 سال) و یا اندکس توده بدنی بالای صدک 5 (برای کودکان 2 سال یا بالاتر) طی مدت پیگیری پیدا کرده بودند، به&shy; عنوان کسانی که جهش رشد قدی یا وزنی پیدا کرده &shy;اند، شناخته شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> تعداد 151 کودک بررسی شدند. میانگین وزن تولد 1931 گرم، میانگین قد تولد 43/63 سانتی&shy; متر و میانگین سن بارداری 36/28 هفته بود. تعداد 85 نفر (56/3 درصد) آنها دختر بودند. تا زمان انجام مطالعه 116 نفر (76/8 درصد) قد بالای صدک 3 و 124 نفر (82/1 درصد) وزن برای قد بالای صدک 3 و یا اندکس توده بدنی بالای صدک 5 داشتند و 20 نفر (13/2 درصد) قد و وزن کمتر از صدک 3 داشتند. میانگین سن اصلاح شده در زمان جهش وزنی 1/08 سال و در زمان جهش قدی 1/41 سال بود. جهش قدی و وزنی با وزن و قد و دور سر بالاتر تولد همراهی داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> فقدان جهش قدی و وزنی در شیرخواران <span dir="LTR">SGA</span> شایع است. لذا، تشخیص و ارجاع زودهنگام کودکانی که جهش رشدی نداشته&shy; اند، ضروری است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background: </strong>Small for gestational age (SGA) infants are at risk for low final height or weight. This study aimed to determine the frequency of catch-up growth in SGA infants.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This cross-sectional study was carried out to study the infant&rsquo;s growth process born in Kashan during 2009-2010. The infants with birth weight or height below 3 percentile were considered as SGA. A comprehensive history from mother&rsquo;s diseases during pregnancy, birth grade, and parent&rsquo;s education were provided. The children who achieved their height or weight for length above the 3^th percentile (age<2 year) or BMI above the 5^thpercentile (age&ge;2 year)&nbsp; were considered as those who caught up growth.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Results: </strong>One-hundred fifty one children were included in the study (mean birth weight =1931 gram, birth height=43.63 cm and gestational age=36.28 week)<span dir="RTL">.</span> Eighty-five children (56.3%) were female. At the time of study, 116 (76.8%) children were above the 3rd percentile for height; 124 (82.1%) children were above the 3^th percentile of weight for length or above the 5^thpercentile for BMI; 20 (13.2%) children were below the third percentile for height and weight. The mean corrected age at the time of catch-up was 1.08 and 1.41 year for weight and height, respectively. Catch-up growth was associated with higher weight, height and head circumference at birth.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Conclusions:</strong> The failure to weight or height catch-up growth in children born with SGA is common.
