fa بررسی تیتر پادتن سطحی هپاتیت Bو پاسخ اینترفرون گاما در پرسنل واکسینه شده شبکه بهداشت و درمان دشت آزادگان medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>یکی از راه&shy; های پیشگیری از هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span>، مصون سازی توسط واکسیناسیون علیه این ویروس است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین سطح پادتن ضد پادگن سطحی هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> (<span dir="LTR">anti-HBs</span>) و ارتباط آن با میزان اینترفرون گاما <span dir="LTR">(IFN-&gamma;)</span> در پرسنل واکسینه شده و بررسی علل عدم پاسخ در برخی از این افراد می&shy; باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش &shy;ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 130 نفر از پرسنل واکسینه بیمارستان شهید چمران انجام شد. نمونه&shy; ها از لحاظ سطح پادتن و <span dir="LTR">IFN-&gamma;</span> به روش الیزا بررسی شدند. سپس، رابطه میزان پادتن با شاخص &shy;هایی از جمله جنس، سن، توده بدنی، تعداد دوز واکسن دریافتی، مدت سپری شده از زمان دریافت آخرین دوز واکسن و میزان <span dir="LTR">IFN-&gamma;</span> بررسی شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج: </strong>از کل افراد مورد مطالعه 5/68 درصد پاسخ ایمنی خوب (<span dir="LTR">IU/ml <</span> 10) و 31/5 درصد عدم پاسخ به واکسیناسیون (<span dir="LTR">IU/ml</span> 10 <span dir="LTR"><</span>) را نشان دادند<span dir="LTR">.</span> بین عیار <span dir="LTR">IFN-&gamma;</span> و <span dir="LTR">anti-HBs</span> افراد مورد مطالعه ارتباط مستقیم وجود داشت (0/653 <span dir="LTR">r=</span>). بین تیتر<span dir="LTR">anti-HBs </span>&nbsp;با شاخص &shy;هایی از جمله توده بدنی، تعداد دوز دریافتی واکسن و فاصله زمانی از آخرین زمان دریافت واکسن ارتباط معنی&shy; داری وجود داشت (0/05><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em>)، درحالی&shy; که بین جنسیت و سن با میزان عیار پادتن ارتباط معنی&shy; داری مشاهده نشد (0/05<<em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> نقص در تولید <span dir="LTR">IFN-&gamma;</span> می &shy;تواند در پاسخ ایمنی علیه این ویروس نقش داشته باشد. هم&shy; چنین، پیشنهاد می&shy; شود پس از دریافت واکسن و نیز 5 سال پس از واکسیناسیون سطح <span dir="LTR">anti-HBs</span> در افراد در معرض خطر اندازه&shy; گیری شده و در خصوص استفاده از دوز یادآور تصمیم گیری شود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background:</strong> Among the preventing measures for hepatitis B is vaccination against the virus. This study aimed to determine the antibody level against the hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBs) and its relation to interferon gamma (IFN-&gamma;) level among the vaccinated staffs and also the reasons for the lack of response in such persons.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was done on vaccinated staff (n=130) referred to Shahid Chamran Hospital. Using ELISA the samples were studied for anti-HBsAb and INF-&gamma; level. Then, the relationship between antibody level and some indexes (e.g. sex, age, BMI, number of vaccine doses, time past after the last dose and &nbsp;&nbsp;INF-&gamma; level) was considered.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Results:</strong> Among the studied participants, 68.5% and 31.5% had a perfect and failure of immunity response (>10 IU/ml and <10 IU/ml, respectively). There was a direct relationship between the INF-&gamma; and anti-HBs titration (R=0.635). In addition, there was a significant relationship (<em>P</em><0.05) between anti-HBs titer and some indexes (e.g. BMI, the number of doses and the time interval since the last dose of vaccine); however, no significant relationship was observed between the sex and age on one hand and antibody titration on the other hand.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Failure in INF-&gamma; production against the virus can have a role in immunity response.
