fa مقایسه قد نهایی پیش بینی شده و قد هدف در دختران با شروع بلوغ طی سنین 7 تا 9/5 سال medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>یکی از مهم&shy;ترین نگرانی&shy; ها در مورد بلوغ نسبتا زود کوتاهی قد نهایی است. مقایسه قد پیش&shy;بینی شده بر اساس سن استخوانی و قد هدف می&shy; تواند در پیش&shy;بینی ایجاد این عارضه کمک کند. در این مطالعه به مقایسه این دو در دختران با بلوغ نسبتا زود پرداختیم.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش&shy; ها: </strong>این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 200 دختر با بلوغ نسبتا زودرس انجام شد. تشخیص بلوغ نسبتا زود بر اساس تظاهر صفات ثانویه جنسی در سنین 7 تا 9/5 سال گذاشته شد. قد، وزن و شاخص توده بدنی تعیین شد. برای تعیین مرحله تکامل جنسی از روش مارشال - تانر استفاده شد. سن استخوانی با روش گرئولیچ <span dir="LTR">&ndash;</span> پایل و پیش&shy;بینی قد نهایی با روش بیلی - پینو تعیین شد. قد هدف در دختران به&shy; صورت میانگین قد والدین منهای 6/5 تعریف شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج: </strong>میانگین سنی دختران مورد مطالعه 8/44<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;0/72</span> سال بود. تعداد 91 نفر (45/5 درصد) فقط با تلارک، 17 نفر (8/5 درصد) فقط با پوبارک و 92 نفر (46 درصد) با هم&shy;زمانی تلارک و پوبارک مراجعه کرده بودند. میانگین قد نهایی پیش&shy;بینی شده و قد هدف به &shy;ترتیب 156<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>6/69 و74<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;6/69 </span>/156 سانتی &shy;متر بود. 26 نفر (13درصد) آنها قد نهایی پیش&shy;بینی شده پایین &shy;تر از 150 سانتی&shy; متر و 15 نفر (5/7 درصد) قد نهایی پیش&shy;بینی شده پایین &shy;تر از محدوده هدف داشتند.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> تعداد زیادی از دختران با بلوغ نسبتا زود قد نهایی پیش&shy;بینی شده متناسب با قد هدف داشته ولی برخی از آنها در خطر کوتاهی قد نهایی قرار دارند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background: </strong>One of the main concerns about the early puberty is short final height. In cases comparing the predicted final and target height can help predicting this problem. In this study we compared the target and predicted adult height in girls with early puberty.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Material and Methods:</strong> A cross-sectional study was carried out on girls <span dir="RTL">)</span>n<span dir="RTL">=</span>200<span dir="RTL">(</span> with early Puberty. The diagnosis of early puberty in girls was made based upon the onset of secondary sexual characteristics between 7-9.5 years of age. The weight, height, BMI and pubertal stage were determined. Marshall-Tanner method was used for sexual maturation staging. Greulich-Pyle and Bayley-Pinneau methods were also used for bone age determination and prediction of adult height, respectively. Target height was calculated using the Mean of their parental heights minus 6.5.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Results: </strong>Among the qualified participants (n=200, mean age 8.44&plusmn;0.72 years) 90 cases (45.5%) reffered with thelarche, 17 (8.5%) with pubarche and 92 (46%) with both thelarche and pubarche. The Mean predicted adult height and target height was156&plusmn;6.69 and 156&plusmn;4.3 cm, respectively.
