fa تأثیر برنامه حرکتی اسپارک بر کارکردهای حسی- حرکتی در کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> اختلال هماهنگی رشدی یکی از شایع­ترین اختلالات تأثیرگذار بر کودکان 5 تا 8 ساله می­ باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیرات برنامه حرکتی اسپارک بر کارکردهای حسی- حرکتی در کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی 5 تا 7 ساله شهر مشهد است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"><strong>مواد و روش ­ها:</strong> در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی از بین تمامی کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی (80 نفر) شهر مشهد 20 نفر با استفاده از آزمون­ های غربالگری انتخاب شده و به­ صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه اختلال هماهنگی رشدی ویلسون، آزمون رشدی دنور 2، و آزمون هوش ریون کودکان برای غربالگری آزمودنی ­ها و هم­ چنین جهت ارزیابی متغیر وابسته از پرسشنامه عصب روانشناختی کانرز استفاده شد. تحقیق به­ صورت پیش­آزمون- پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. در این تحقیق گروه آزمایش برنامه حرکتی اسپارک را برای 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه­ 45 دقیق ه­ای انجام دادند و گروه کنترل هیچ برنامه تمرینی دریافت نکرد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتایج:</strong> مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون گروه آزمایش با گروه کنترل در متغیر­های تحقیق تفاوت معنی­ دار وجود دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه­ گیری: </strong>برنامه حرکتی اسپارک می­تواند موجب بهبود کارکردهای ادراکی حرکتی در کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شود. از این‌رو استفاده از این ورزش در مدارس و مهد ­کودک­ ها برای بهبود کارکرد­های حسی- حرکتی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی توصیه می­ شود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family:times new roman"><strong>Background:</strong> Developmental coordination disorders (DCD) is one of the most common disorders affecting children aged 5 to 8 years. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Spark motor program on sensory-motor functions in 5- to 7- year-old children with DCD in Mashhad city, Iran.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family:times new roman"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This research is a semi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design and control group. From a total of 80 children with DCD in Mashhad city, 20 children were selected using screening tests and randomly divided into two groups: experimental and control. To collect data, the DCD questionnaire, Denver developmental screening test II and Raven intelligence test were used. Moreover, to evaluate the dependent variable, the Canners neuropsychological assessment questionnaire was used. The experimental group received the Spark motor program for 8 weeks (3 sessions per week, each session 45 minutes) and the control group did not receive any training.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family:times new roman"><strong>Results:</strong> Results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the pretest and posttest mean scores of variables between the control and experimental groups.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family:times new roman"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Spark motor program can improve perceptual-motor functions in children with DCD.
