fa ارزیابی بافت شناختی اثر پماد حاوی عصاره پترولیوم اتری ریشه گیاه Onosma dichroanthum Boiss بر التیام زخم باز پوستی در موش‌ صحرایی medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> Onosma dichroanthum Boiss متعلق به خانواده بوراژیناسه است و یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دارویی در شمال ایران به شمار می آید. هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثر پماد عصاره پترولیوم اتری ریشه گیاه مذکور بر التیام زخم باز پوستی ایجاد شده به شیوه جراحی در موش صحرایی می باشد. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه 54 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ به سه گروه شاهد، حامل و تجربی تقسیم شدند. در همه موش ها زخم برشی با ضخامت کامل پوست در جهت سری-دمی به طول 20 میلی متر در ناحیه پشت ایجاد شد. موش ها در روزهای 4، 7 و 14 قربانی شدند. ارزیابی بافت شناختی (تعداد فیبروبلاست، نوتروفیل، مقاطع عروق و ضخامت اپیدرم) روی نمونه ها انجام شد. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> در روز 4 تعداد فیبروبلاست ها در گروه تجربی به طور معنی داری نسبت به گروه حامل (003/0>P) و شاهد (001/0>P) افزایش داشت. در روز 7 تعداد فیبروبلاست ها در گروه تجربی با حامل تفاوت معنی داری نداشت (680/0>P) و در گروه های تجربی و حامل به طور معنی داری بزرگتر از گروه شاهد بود  (001/0>P). در روز 14 تعداد فیبروبلاست ها در گروه تجربی و شاهد به طور معنی داری بزرگتر از گروه حامل بود  (001/0>P) و در گروه تجربی با شاهد تفاوت معنی داری نداشت (843/0>P). تعداد نوتروفیل، مقاطع عروق و ضخامت اپیدرم در روزهای 4، 7 و 14 در بین گروه ها تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> پماد حاوی عصاره پترولیوم اتری ریشه این گیاه تاثیر قابل ملاحظه ای برالتیام زخم نداشت. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Onosma dichroanthum Boiss. belongs to the Boraginaceae family and is one of the most important medicinal plants in north of Iran. This study aimed to examine the effect of the petroleum ether root extract ointment of Onosma dichroanthum Boiss. on healing of a surgically induced open skin wound in rats. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this study, 54 male adult Wistar rats were randomly allocated into control, vehicle, and experimental groups. A 20-mm cephalocaudal incision was made on the back skin of rats. Rats were sacrificed on days 4, 7 and 14 and histological examination (the number of fibroblasts, neutrophil, blood vessel sections and thickness of epiderm) was performed on skin samples. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> On day 4, the number of fibroblasts was significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the vehicle (P<0.003) and control (P<0.001) groups. On day 7, no significant difference was seen in the number of fibroblasts in the experimental group compared to the vehicle group (P<0.680) and fibroblasts were significantly increased in the experimental and vehicle groups compared to the control (P<0.001). On day 14, fibroblasts were significantly increased in the experimental and control groups compared to the vehicle (P<0.001) and there was no significant difference in the number of fibroblasts in the experimental group compared to the control (P<0.843).
