fa ارتباط غلظت رسیستین سرم با فشار خون، مقاومت انسولینی، نیم رخ چربی، تعداد گلبول های سفید و عملکرد قلبی تنفسی در مردان چاق و لاغر medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> آدیپوسایتوکینِ رسیستین یک میانجی التهابی و زیست شاخص بیماری های متابولیکی و قلبی عروقی می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ارتباط غلظت رسیستین سرم با فشار خون، مقاومت انسولینی، نیم رخ چربی، تعداد گلبول‌های سفید و عملکرد قلبی تنفسی در مردان چاق و لاغر می باشد. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی 38 مرد چاق و لاغر به عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند. پس از 12 ساعت ناشتایی، نمونه های خون جمع آوری شده و ویژگی های عمومی آزمودنی ها اندازه گیری شد. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> غلظت رسیستین سرم در مردان چاق بیشتر از مردان لاغر بود (01/0>P) و فقط در مردان چاق با شاخص مقاومت انسولینی (HOMA-IR) همبستگی مستقیم داشت (002/0=P، 40/0=r). سطوح رسیستین با فشار خون سیستولیک (چاق: 008/0=P، 34/0=r، لاغر: 004/0=P، 31/0=r) و تعداد گلبول های سفید (چاق: 001/0=P، 19/0=r، لاغر: 004/0=P، 15/0=r) همبستگی مثبت و با شاخص عملکرد قلبی تنفسی (VO2max) همبستگی منفی داشت (چاق: 003/0=P، 41/0-=r، لاغر: 005/0=P، 36/0-=r). رابطه معنی داری بین سطوح رسیستین سرم با نیم رخ لیپیدی و فشار خون دیاستولیک در مردان چاق و لاغر مشاهده نشد. در مردان لاغر فقط VO2max (005/0=P) و در مردان چاق HOMA-IR و VO2max (به ترتیب: 002/0=P و 009/0=P) سطوح رسیستین را پیش بینی می کردند. </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> مردان چاق از سطوح رسیستین بالاتری نسبت به مردان لاغر برخوردارند و این با مقاومت انسولینی بیشتر در این افراد همراه است. به نظر می رسد که مقاومت انسولینی و عملکرد قلبی تنفسی می توانند سطوح رسیستین را پیش بینی کنند. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Adipocytokine resistin is an inflammatory mediator and a biomarker of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the serum resistin concentration and blood pressure, insulin resistance, lipid profile, white blood cell, and cardio respiratory function in obese and lean men. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-analytical study, thirty-eight obese and lean men were selected. After 12 h fasting, blood samples were collected and general characteristics of the subjects were assessed. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Serum resistin concentration was higher in obese than in lean men (P<0.01), and was positively correlated with the insulin resistance index (The Homeostatic Model Assessment-Insulin Resistance) only in obese men (r=0.40, P=0.002). The resistin level was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure (obese: r=0.34, P=0.008, lean: r=0.31, P=0.004) and white blood cell (obese: r=0.19, P=0.001, lean: r=0.15, P=0.004), while negatively correlated with cardio respiratory function index (VO2max) (obese: r=-0.41, P=0.003, lean: r=-0.36, P=0.005). No significant correlation was observed between the serum resistin level and lipid profile and diastolic blood pressure in the obese and lean men. Only VO2max in lean men (P=0.005), and insulin resistance and VO2max in obese men (P=0.002, and P=0.009, respectively) were predictive of the resistin level. </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The obese men have higher resistin levels compared to the lean men and this higher level is associated with higher insulin resistance.
