fa ارزیابی میزان پاسخ ایمنی نسبت به واکسن هپاتیت B در پرسنل درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان طی سال 1391 medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> هپاتیت B یکی از مشکلات سلامت عمومی در سراسر جهان است. مهم­ترین راه برای جلوگیری از آن به­خصوص بین افراد با ریسک بالا، واکسیناسیون است. در این مطالعه میزان ایمنی نسبت به واکسن در پرسنل درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان در سال 1391 بررسی شده است. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بر روی 227 نفر از پرسنل درمانی انجام شد. نمونه­ها به­صورت تصادفی و از میان پرسنلی که حداقل 3 ماه از دریافت آخرین دوز واکسن هپاتیت B آنها گذشته بود، انتخاب شدند. نمونه­های سرمی افراد از نظر تیتر Anti-HBs با روش ELISA و Anti-HBc با روش RAPID مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> از 227 نفر افراد مورد مطالعه 54 نفر (4/24 درصد) مرد و 167 نفر (6/75 درصد) زن با میانگین سنی 85/7 ± 35/31 بودند. فراوانی افراد پاسخ­دهنده به واکسن در جنس زن 3/95 درصد بود که 8/10 درصد دارای پاسخ کم، 4/14 درصد دارای پاسخ متوسط و 1/70 درصد با پاسخ بالا بودند. از طرف دیگر در مردان فراوانی افراد پاسخ­دهنده به واکسن3/95 درصد بود که 4/20 درصد دارای پاسخ کم، 4/20 درصد دارای پاسخ متوسط، 6/55 درصد با پاسخ بالا بودند. </p><p><strong>نتیجه­گیری:</strong> یافته­های مطالعه نشان می­دهد که پاسخ مناسبی به واکسن به­خصوص بعد از یک سال از تزریق ایجاد می­شود. بنابراین پروتکل کنونی جهت واکسیناسیون هپاتیت B با پاسخ مناسبی همراه بوده، هرچند پس از یک دوره واکسیناسیون کامل، پاسخ به واکسن 100 درصد نبوده است. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Hepatitis B infection is a major public health problem worldwide. An important way to prevent hepatitis infection, especially among the high-risk populations including healthcare workers is vaccination. So, this study was conducted to evaluate the post- vaccination immunologic response of health staff in Kashan University of Medical Sciences during 2012-2013. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A cross-sectional descriptive study was performed on 227 staff randomly selected from the ones received the last dose of vaccine three months ago. Their blood samples were tested for Anti-HBs and Anti-HBc using the ELISA and RAPID tests, respectively. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Among 227 subjects, 167(75.6%) cases were female and 56 (24.4%) male (mean age, 31.35±7.85 years). Ninety-five percent of the women responded to the vaccine (10.8% hypo-response 14.4% intermediate-response and 70.1% hyper-response). On the other hand, 95.3% of the men responded to the vaccine (20.4% hypo-response, 20.4% intermediate- response and 55.6% hyper-response). </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study reveal the appropriate immune responses to vaccine one year after the vaccination.
