fa نقش اوپیوئیدهای درون زا بر درک درد در موش های سوری نر و مراحل سیکل جنسی ماده medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> هورمون­های جنسی می­توانند درک درد را در جنس نر و ماده تغییر دهند. در رابطه با نحوه عمل هورمون­های جنسی نر و ماده بر درک درد اطلاعات کافی وجود ندارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی میزان تاثیر اوپیوئیدهای درون­زا بر درک درد در موش­های سوری نر و مراحل مختلف سیکل جنسی ماده (پرواستروس، استروس، مت استروس و دی استروس) می­باشد. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> در مطالعه پژوهشی حاضر از موش سوری نر و ماده بالغ (در مراحل محتلف سیکل جنسی) با وزن 3±30 گرم در گروه­های کنترل، شاهد تزریق و دریافت کننده نالوکسان (3 میلی­گرم/کیلو­گرم، داخل صفاقی) استفاده شد. در همه گروه­ها زمان پاسخ­دهی به محرک دردناک با تست صفحه داغ ارزیابی شد. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> زمان بی­دردی در فاز دی استروس گروه­های کنترل و شاهد تزریق موش­های ماده­ بیشترین مقدار بوده و با فاز استروس (5 0/0<i>>P</i>) و نرها (001/0> <i>P</i>) اختلاف داشت. نالوکسان باعث کاهش معنی­دار زمان بی­دردی هم در نرها (001/0> <i>P</i>) و هم در فازهای پرواستروس، استروس، مت استروس و دی استروس ماده­ها به­ترتیب (001/0 <i>>P<0/001</i>) (P<0/001)  (P<0/05) (P) گردید. هم­چنین، نالوکسان موجب تفاوت در زمان بی­دردی موش­های نر نسبت به ماده­ها در فاز پرو استروس و دی استروس (5 0/0 <i>>P</i>) شد. </p><p><strong>نتیجه­گیری:</strong> به­نظر می­رسد بخشی از اثرات هورمون­های جنسی موش­های نر و ماده در مکانیسم درک درد توسط اوپیوئیدهای درون­زا واسطه­گری شود. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Sexual hormones can change nociception in males and females. There are few information about the role of sex hormones on nociception. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of endogenous opioids on nociception in male mice compared with female mice during different phases of the estrous cycle (proestrus, estrus, metestrus and diestrus).</p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this study, adult male and female mice (in different phases of estrous cycle (weighing 30±3gr were assigned to the control group, vehicle and naloxone (3mg/kg, i.p.) groups. In all groups analgesia time was evaluated by hotplate test. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Analgesia time in diestrus phase of control and vehicle groups of female rats was more than the other phases and different from the estrus phase (P<0.05) and male (P<0.001) groups. In the naloxone group, there was a significant reduction in analgesia time among males (P<0.001) and also in the proestrus, estrus, metestrus, diestrus phases (P<0.001, P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.001, respectively) among females.
