fa بررسی مشکلات جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی و ارتباط آن با عوامل دموگرافیک در سالمندان شهر زاهدان طی سال 1390 medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> تعداد سالمندان در جوامع مختلف از جمله ایران رو به افزایش است. با افزایش سن مشکلات متعدد جسمانی، روانی و اجتماعی گریبان­گیر افراد می­شود که می­تواند هزینه­های سنگین اقتصادی را در بر داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی این مشکلات و ارتباط آن با عوامل دموگرافیک است. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی طی سال­های 1388 تا 1390 بر روی 315 نفر (173 مرد و 142 زن) سالمند انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان با مراجعه به منازل شهر و به­طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به­وسیله­ی پرسشنامه اطلاعات آنها جمع­آوری شد و سپس داده­ها تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> یافته­های مطالعه حاضر نشان می­دهند که 9/54 درصد جامعه مذکر، 9/42 درصد بی­سواد، 6/1 درصد مجرد بوده و 3/61 درصد پاسخ­گویان دارای مشکلات جسمانی هستند. بیشترین مشکلات جسمی مربوط به دستگاه قلب و عروق با 8/43 درصد بود. 5/89 درصد احساس آرامش می­کردند و 9/36 درصد افراد از زندگی خود راضی نبودند. </p><p><strong>نتیجه­گیری:</strong> در مجموع می­توان گفت که سالمندان زاهدان به­خصوص زنان سالمند دارای مشکلات متعدد جسمانی، روحی و اجتماعی هستند؛ به­طوری­که این مشکلات روی کیفیت زندگی آنها تأثیر می­گذارد و برای رفع یا کاهش این مشکلات نیازمند همکاری سالمند، خانواده و جامعه می­باشیم. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> The number of elderly people is increasing in different societies, including Iran. Considering that the prevalence of physical, mental and social problems increases with age and care for elderly impose a heavy economic burden on the community, this study aimed to evaluate the physical, psychological and social problems and their relation to demographic factors among the elderly people in Zahedan. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 315 elderly people (173 men and 142 women) in Zahedan, Iran, during 2010-2012. Subjects were randomly selected from all urban elderly people. Data were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using the SPSS software. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that 54.9% of the participants were male, 42.9% illiterate, 1.6% single and 61.3% with physical problems. The most common physical problems were related to cardiovascular diseases (43.8%).
