fa تاثیر مکمل یاری اسیدهای چرب 3ω بر وضعیت تغذیه ای آهن در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده تحت شیمی درمانی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <a name="_Toc302409550"></a><a name="_Toc300997279"></a><a name="_Toc300997613"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> </a>مصرف برخی از مکمل­ها در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده ممکن است باعث بهبود کمبود آهن شود. مطاله حاضر با هدف مکمل یاری اسیدهای چرب ₃ω بر وضعیت آهن دریافتی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده تحت شیمی درمانی انجام گردید. <p><strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> تعداد 30 نفر از بیماران داوطلب مبتلا به سرطان معده تحت شیمی درمانی بالای 30 سال (15 نفر گروه مداخله و 15 نفر گروه کنترل) پس از مصاحبه به­صورت تصادفی برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. در ابتدای مطالعه نمونه­های خونی ناشتا جهت انجام آزمایشات آهن، TIBC و ترانسفرین سرم گرفته شد. سپس، به گروه مداخله روزانه 3 گرم از اسیدهای چرب ₃ ω (حاوی 8/1 گرم ایکوزاپنتانوئیک و 2/1 گرم دوکوزاهگزانوئیک اسید) و به گروه کنترل ماده دارونما به­مدت یک و نیم ماه داده شد. نمونه­های خونی برای اندازه­گیری آزمایشات بیوشیمیائی در روزهای 30 و 45 بعد از مداخله تکرار شد. هم­چنین، یادآمد خوراک 24 ساعته سه روزه در طول مطالعه از هر دو گروه اخذ گردید. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که میزان آهن دریافتی و هم­چنین آهن و ترانسفرین سرم در گروه مداخله در انتهای مطالعه از نظر آماری بیشتر و TIBC سرم کمتر از گروه کنترل بود (05/0> <i>P</i>). </p><p><strong>نتیجه­گیری:</strong> مطالعه حاضر نشان می ­ دهد که مصرف مکمل اسیدهای چرب ₃ω می­تواند باعث بهبود وضعیت آهن دریافتی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده تحت شیمی درمانی شود. </p><p>  </p> <p> <strong> Background: </strong>Taking certain supplements in patients with gastric cancer may improve iron deficiency . This study aimed to examine the effects of ω 3 fatty acid intakes on iron intake status in patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy. </p><p> <strong> Materials and Methods: </strong>In this study, 30 adult volunteer patients (15 cases and 15 controls) with gastric cancer during chemotherapy were selected. Fasting blood samples were taken for measuring iron, TIBC and transferrin at the beginning, middle and end of the study . Supplementation of ω3 fatty acid for 3g (1.8 g EPA & 1.2 g DHA) and placebo were given for the intervention and control groups for one and a half months , respectively. Blood samples for biochemical measurements were repeated on days 30 and 45 days after the intervention .
