fa بررسی تأثیر نانوذرات طلا بر کلیه موش های کوچک آزمایشگاهی نژاد Balb/C medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به کاربرد نانوذرات طلا در زمینه‌های پزشکی و بیولوژیک، بررسی اثرات سمی آن در بدن جانداران ضروری است.</p><p><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه اثر 6 بار تزریق درون صفاقی غلظت 100ppm نانوذرات طلا (10nm) بر تغییر فاکتورهای کلیوی (اوره، اسید اوریک و کرآتینین) در زمان‌های مختلف پس از تیمار (10،20،30 و 40 روز) در موش های کوچک آزمایشگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه نشان داد که میانگین مقدار اوره و اسید اوریک پس از گذشت 20 روز از تیمار به‌طور معنی‌دار نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها افزایش یافته و در زمان 40 روز، مجدداً به حالت طبیعی برگشته است. میانگین وزن موش ها، و هم چنین ساختار بافتی کلیه‌ها هیچ اختلالی را نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان نداد. </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> به نظر می رسد کاربرد نانوذرات طلا در غلظت های پایین (100ppm) در موارد بیولوژیک، اثر سمی پایدار و طولانی مدت بر بدن جاندران ایجاد نمی‌کند و احتمالا سیستم رتیکولواندوتلیال موجود در بدن قادر به دفع یا تجزیه آن ها می‌باشد. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Regarding to the applications of Gold nanoparticles in the medical and biological fields, the study on its toxic effects on organisms is essential. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this study, the effect of intra-peritoneal injection of Gold nanoparticles (10nm, 100ppm concentration) on changes in the renal parameters (urea, uric acid and creatinine) at different times after treatment (10, 20, 30 and 40 days) in mice were studied. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Results of the study showed that the average amount of urea and uric acid significantly increased after 20 days of treatment compared to the other groups (P<0.01), while 40 days after the injection all the changes went back to normal.
