fa بررسی روند بروز سرطان های دستگاه تناسلی زنان در استان فارس بر اساس داده های ثبت سرطان طی سال های 1382 تا 1387 medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <p><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> سرطان های دستگاه تناسلی زنان در برخی از کشورهای دنیا بعد از سرطان سینه دومین علت ابتلا به سرطان در بین زنان محسوب می شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان بروز استاندارد شده سنی سرطان های دستگاه تناسلی زنان در استان فارس بین سال های 1382 تا 1387 می باشد. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی که در آن از داده های ثبت سرطان استان فارس استفاده شده است، میزان های بروز خام در هر 100 هزار نفر محاسبه شده و میزان بروز استاندارد شده سنی نیز از روش استاندارد سازی مستقیم و با استفاده از جمعیت استاندارد جهان محاسبه شده است. جهت بررسی تغیرات روند میزان بروز از آزمون روند خطی کوکران– آرمیتاژ استفاده شد. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> سرطان تخمدان شایع ترین سرطان دستگاه تناسلی زنان می باشد. میزان بروز استاندارد شده سنی کل سرطان های دستگاه تناسلی زنان نیز از سال 1382 تا 1387 به ترتیب برابر با 7/3، 77/3، 52/5، 62/6، 75/9، 4/12 مورد در هر صد هزار نفر محاسبه شد. </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> میزان بروز این نوع سرطان در استان فارس همانند سایر مناطق ایران بوده و از یک روند افزایشی برخوردار می باشد. </p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Genital cancers are the second most common cancer among women (after breast cancer) in some countries. The aim of this study was to determine the trend of the age-standardized incidence rates for female genital cancers in Fars province during 2003-2009. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive study, using Fars province cancer registry data, the crude incidence rate per 100,000 people and the age-standardized incidence rates were calculated through direct standardization method and using the world standard population. In addition, to evaluate changes in incidence rate trend, the Cochran-Armitage linear trend test was used. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that ovarian cancer was estimated as the most common cancer of female genital cancers.
