fa ارزیابی سطح سرمی آنتی بادی Anti HBs در پرسنل درمانی واکسینه شده علیه هپاتیتB در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> کارکنان بهداشتی، درمانی همواره در معرض خطر ابتلا به هپاتیت  Bمیباشند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطح سرمی آنتـــــیبادی Anti HBs در پرسنل درمانی واکسینه شده علیه هپاتیت B و تأثیر فاکتورهای مؤثر برآن انجام گرفت.</p><p align="justify"><strong>مواد و روشها:</strong> مطالعه به روش توصیفی روی 128 نفر از پرسنل درمانی بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان که همگی به طور کامل علیه هپاتیت B واکسینه شده بودند، در سال 1381، انجام گرفت. از افراد نمونه خون گرفته و تیتر سرمی آنتیبادی Anti HBs به روش ELISA اندازه گیری شد.</p><p align="justify"><strong>نتایج:</strong> افراد مورد مطالعه شامل 77 زن (1/60%) و51 مرد (9/39%) بودند. تیتر سرمی آنتیبادی Anti HBs در73 مورد (57%) بالای IU/lit100(good responder)، در 33 مــــورد (8/25%) بیــن 100-10 (low responder) IU/lit و در 22 مورد (2/17%) سطح آنتیبادی زیر IU/lit 10 (non responder) بود. 8/81 درصد افراد مؤنث و3/84 درصد افراد مذکر responder و 2/18 درصد افراد مؤنث و 7/15 درصد افراد مذکرnon responder   بودند. بین جنس و سن و سطح سرمی Anti HBs یعنی پاسخ به واکسن رابطه معنیدار آماری یافت نشد اما بین مدت زمان گذشته از آخرین دوز واکسن و سطح سرمی آنتیبادی رابطه معنیدار آماری وجود داشت. </p><p align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> آنتی بادی Anti HBs در اکثریت پرسنل واکسینه شده در سطح مؤثر وجود داشت و با گذشت زمان با کاهش سطع آنتیبادی همراه بود. به نظر میرسد بررسی تیتر Anti HBs، یک تا سه ماه بعد از اتمام واکسیناسیون اولیه جهت اطمینان از پاسخدهی به واکسن، در پرسنل درمانی ضروری باشد.<br></p> <p align="justify"><strong>Background:</strong> Health care workers (HCW) are always at risk of hepatitis B. This study was carried out to evaluate the response to hepatitis B vaccination and determine Anti HBs Antibody serum level in the vaccinated HCW.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive study was performed in 128 HCW of Beheshti Hospital who were vaccinated against hepatitis B virus. Titer of Anti HBs antibody was determined by ELISA method. Statistical analysis were accomplished by using Chi-square, Fisher exact test.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Results:</strong> 60.1% of HCW were females and the rest were males (39.9%). The titer of Anti HBs was above 100IU/lit (good responder) in 73 cases (57%), between 10-100IU/lit (low responder) in 33 cases (25.8%), and lower than 10IU/lit (non responder) in 22 cases (17.2%). 81.8% of the females and 84.3% of the males were responders. 18.2% of the females and 15.7% of the males were nonresponder. There was no statistically significant correlation between age/sex and Anti HBs titer. But there was a significant statistical correlation between the interval of the last vaccination and Anti HBs titer.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Enough level of Anti HBs antibody was detected in the majority of personnels .
