Materials and Methods: The subjects of this comparative study were randomly selected among the over-60 aged people (No=1006). All questionnaires were filled out by expert interviewers. The questionnaire included questions on body's health status, religious variables (i.e., praying, going in to mosque, the role of God in routines, and trusting on God). Results: The results showed that 28.9% of men and 13.8% of women were in desirable health status, however, 21.3% of men and 33.3% of women were in weak status. The results showed that 77.6% of men and 83.8% of women prayed God in their live. The economical status was also influential in the health condition of the senile people 39.5% of people with good and 11.1% of people with bad economical status had desirable health conditions. In contrast, some senile people had undesirable health status with either good (97.1%) or bad (98.9%) economical conditions. Moreover, 23.2% of married and 19.4% of single people had good health conditions, while only 24 % of married and 33.3% of single people were in weak health conditions. Conclusion: The married adolescents with a good economic status and strong belief on religious issues had an optimum health condition. M3 ER -
