بررسی اثر حفاظتی عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه مرزه اورامانی (Satureja avromanica) بر میزان ذخایر گلیکوژن و لیپید در بافت کبد موش‌های صحرایی نر دیابتی نوع دو

سابقه و هدف: اختلال در متابولیسم لیپیدها به‌ویژه در بافت کبد از جمله عوارض ناشی از دیابت ملیتوس نوع 2 می‌باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارزیابی اثر عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه مرزه اورامانی بر محتوای گلیکوژنی و لیپیدی بافت کبد رت‌های دیابتی نوع 2 بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی تعداد 24 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار به 4 گروه (6 تایی) کنترل و دیابتی نوع 2 تحت تیمار و بدون تیمار با عصاره هیدروالکلی مرزه اورامانی (mg/kg50) تقسیم شدند. بعد از 60 روز تیمار، ذخیره لیپیدی و گلیکوژنی کبد اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده پس از ورود به نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 16 با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که در گروه دیابتی تیمارشده با عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه مرزه، میزان وزن به‌طور معناداری بیشتر و میزان قند خون ناشتا به‌طور معناداری کمتر از گروه کنترل دیابتی می‌باشد (P<0/01). همچنین در ارتباط با بافت کبد، در گروه دیابتی دریافت‌کننده عصاره گیاه مرزه، میزان گلیکوژن به‌طور معناداری بیشتر و میزان کلسترول و تری‌گلیسیرید به‌طور معناداری کمتر از گروه کنترل دیابتی می‌باشد (0/05P<).
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه مرزه می تواند اثرات آنتی‌دیابتیک در بافت کبد موش صحرایی نر داشته باشد.
