Results: The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the quality couple's relationships and the attitude and practical attachment to the prayer and the level of spouse's literacy (P<0.001). There was a negative correlation between the quality of couples' relationships and age (P=0.003), duration of marriage (P=0.007) and number of children (P=0.003), also. By implementing multivariate regression, attitude and practical commitment to prayer (P<0.001) and the level of spouse's literacy were related to couples' quality of relationship (P=0.014).
