بررسی ترکیبات و فعالیت‌های زیستی چهار گونه ماکروجلبک خلیج فارس

سابقه و هدف: ماکروجلبک‌ها دارای دامنه وسیعی از ترکیبات هستند که به‌علت دارابودن منبع غنی از ترکیبات پایدار و جدید، عنوان گیاه دارویی قرن 21 را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. در این مطالعه، ترکیبات فنولی و فلاونوئیدی و همچنین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و آنتی‌باکتریایی عصاره‌های قطبی تا غیرقطبی ماکروجلبک‌های Sargassum boveanum، Fucus trinodis، Galaxaura rugosa، Laurencia denderoidea جمع‌آوری‌شده از آب‌های خلیج فارس بررسی شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: میزان فنول و فلاونوئید گونه‌ها به ترتیب براساس روش فولین - سیکالتو و کلرید آلومینیوم سنجیده شد. فعالیت‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی عصاره‌ها به دو روش آنتی‌اکسیدانی کل (TAC) و قدرت احیاکنندگی Fe3+ و فعالیت آنتی‌باکتریایی آن‌ها بر دو سویه باکتری گرم مثبت و دو سویه باکتری گرم منفی براساس روش انتشار دیسک انجام شد.
نتایج: گونه F. trinodis بیشترین محتوای فنولی gGA/100gDW.)  38/1) و فلاونوئیدی (  gQE/100gDW.0/798) و گونه G. rugosa کمترین محتوای فنول (gGA/100gDW. 0/240) و فلاونوئید (gQE/100gDW. 0/094) را نشان دادند. عصاره کلروفرمی گونه F. trinodis (ugASA/mg 2/98) و عصاره کلروفرمی S. boveanum (nm2/48)، به‌ترتیب بالاترین ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی کل و قدرت احیاکنندگی را نشان دادند. نمونه‌های دارای بیشترین ترکیبات فنولی و فلاونوئیدی، بالاترین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی را نشان دادند. هر سه عصاره حاصل از دو گونه S. boveanum و F. trinodis بر هر چهار سویه باکتری، به‌خصوص دو سویه گرم منفی بررسی‌شده اثر بازدارندگی قابل‌توجهی را نشان دادند.
نتیجه‌گیری: گونه‌های ماکروجلبکی بررسی‌شده با نشان دادن ترکیبات فنولی و فعالیت‌های زیستی قابل‌توجه، می‌توانند زمینه کاربرد خوبی در پزشکی و صنایع داروسازی داشته باشند.
