اثر تمرین استقامتی همراه با مصرف بربرین کلراید بر آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی بافت قلب رت‌های نر ویستار دیابتی

سابقه و هدف: استرس اکسیداتیو در پاتوژنز بسیاری از بیماری‌ها دخالت دارد. شرایط استرس اکسیداتیو و عدم تعادل آنتی‌اکسیدان نقش عمده‌ای در بروز و توسعه بیماری‌ها دارد. بنابراین هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین استقامتی و مصرف بربرین کلراید بر آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی  بافت قلب رت‌های نر ویستار دیابتی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 40 سر رت نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار با میانگین وزنی حدود 250-200 گرم به‌صورت تصادفی در 5 گروه شامل گروه کنترل سالم (بدون تزریق STZ، دارو و تمرین)، گروه کنترل دیابتی (با تزریق STZ)، گروه تجربی دیابتی+تمرین بدنی، گروه تجربی دیابتی+مصرف بربرین (mg/kg 50)، گروه تجربی دیابتی+تمرین بدنی+ مصرف بربرین قرار گرفتند. 24 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین، حیوانات بااستفاده از تزریق درون‌صفاقی کتامین بیهوش شدند و بافت قلب جهت سنجش تغییرات آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز جدا شد. از آزمون تی زوجی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بااستفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS (نسخه 22) و در سطح 0/05 استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که پس از مصرف مکمل بربرین و تمرین استقامتی در گروه دیابتی، تفاوت معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه کنترل در میزان فعالیت‌های آنزیم CAT، SOD و GPX مشاهده شد (0/001=P). در مقایسه بین‌گروهی نتایج نشان داد که بین میزان اثر تمرین در گروه دیابتی+تمرین+بربرین با گروه دیابتی+تمرین و گروه دیابتی+بربرین تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: تمرین استقامتی می‌تواند بر فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی بافت قلب در رت‌های دیابتی تأثیر معنی‌دار و مؤثر داشته باشد.
