بررسی رابطه بین شاخص های سندرم متابولیک با سطح فعالیت‌بدنی و الگوهای غذایی در زنان سالمند

سابقه و هدف: سندرم متابولیک به ­عنوان عامل خطر ابتلا به بیماری­های قلبی-‌عروقی و دیابت در سالمندان مطرح است و در این میان فعالیت‌بدنی و تغذیه از عوامل مهم در ارزیابی سندرم متابولیک در نظر گرفته می­ شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین شاخص ­های سندرم متابولیک با سطح فعالیت‌بدنی و الگوهای غذایی در زنان سالمند می ­باشد.
مواد و روش ­ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، 350 زن سالمند شهر اسلام‌آباد غرب در سال 1396 به‌طور داوطلبانه شرکت کردند. پس از تکمیل رضایت­نامه، پرسشنامه­ های اطلاعات عمومی، بسامد خوراک نیمه‌کمّی، فعالیت‌بدنی و شاخص ­های تن­سنجی آن­ ها اندازه ­گیری شد. الگوهای غذایی با روش تحلیل عاملی شناسایی شدند. برای آنالیز داده­ ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک­طرفه و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافته ­ها نشان داد بین الگوهای غذایی سالم با سطح فعالیت‌بدنی متوسط (0/015<P) و بالا (0/009<P) ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد؛ بین الگوهای غذایی غربی با سطح فعالیت‌بدنی پایین (0/013<P) ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد؛ در حالی که بین الگوی غذایی مخلوط با میانگین سطوح فعالیت‌بدنی (بالا، متوسط و پایین) ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد. همچنین الگوی غذایی سالم، با ابتلا به سندرم متابولیک ارتباط معکوس و معنادار داشت، در حالی که الگوی غذایی غربی (از قبیل: نوشیدنی­های کربوهیدراته، غذاهای آماده و میان وعده­ های شور) ارتباط مثبت و معناداری با سندرم متابولیک نشان داد.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر می ­تواند نشان­دهنده­ی ارتباط بین سطح فعالیت‌بدنی و الگوهای غذایی با سندرم متابولیک باشد.
