اثر عصاره ی هیدروالکلی تخم کدوتنبل بر میزان هورمون استروژن و مارکرهای کبدی موش های صحرایی ماده ی بالغ

سابقه و هدف: استروژن مصنوعی اثرات مخربی بر بافت کبد می­ گذارد. به نظر می‌رسد تخم کدوتنبل بتواند جایگزین مناسبی در هورمون­ درمانی باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر عصاره­ی هیدروالکلی تخم کدوتنبل بر میزان هورمون استروژن در موش‌های صحرایی ماده­ی بالغ و اثرات آن بر مارکرهای کبدی و تغییرات بافتی کبد و تخمدان می­ باشد.
مواد و روش ­ها: در این تحقیق تجربی 40 سر موش صحرایی­ ماده ­بالغ از نژاد ویستار (در محدوده­ ی وزنی10±180 گرم و سن 60 روز) انتخاب و به ­طور تصادفی به 5 گروه 8 تایی: سه گروه تجربی، کنترل و شاهد تقسیم شدند. به گروه­ های تجربی عصاره هیدروالکلی تخم کدوتنبل (با دوزهای 50،20 و100 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن به ­ترتیب جهت گروه­ های تجربی 1، 2 و 3) به­ مدت 21 روز متوالی به‌صورت درون­ صفاقی تزریق شد. سپس سطح سرمی مارکرهای کبدی و تخمدانی تعیین و مطالعات بافت­ شناسی  بر روی کبد و تخمدان انجام شد.
نتایج: کاهش معنی­ دار در میزان سرمی ALP و افزایش معنی­ دار در میزان سرمی هورمون­ های استروژن و FSH وLH  و تعداد فولیکول‌های ­گراف در گروه ­تجربی 3 و کاهش معنی ­دار در تعداد فولیکول­ های بدوی و اوّلیه در هر سه گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل و کاهش معنی­ دار تعداد فولیکول­ های ثانویه در گروه ­تجربی 1 نسبت به گروه­ های تجربی 2 و 3 مشاهده شد (0/05>P).
نتیجه­ گیری: استروژن موجود در عصاره­ی هیدورالکلی تخم­ کدوتنبل بدون اثر مخرب بر بافت کبد می تواند مسیر تخمک­ گذاری را طی نماید و جایگزین مناسبی برای استروژن­ های مصنوعی و تنظیم­ کننده­ ی چرخه ­ی عادت­ ماهیانه زنان باشد.
