رابطه بین افسردگی، تحمل پریشانی و مشکل در تنظیم هیجان با اعتیاد به استفاده از تلفن همراه در دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان

سابقه و هدف: در سرتاسر جهان تلفن همراه نقش مهمی در روابط بازی می‌کند و از زمان ظهور آن این سؤال ایجاد شده است که آیا استفاده بیش از حد آن می‌تواند منجر به اعتیاد شود یا نه. اعتیاد به استفاده از تلفن همراه، با استفاده فراوان و اشتغال ذهنی به تلفن همراه مشخص می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه افسردگی، تحمل پریشانی و مشکل در تنظیم هیجان با اعتیاد به تلفن همراه در دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان است.
مواد و روش‌ها: برای انجام این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی 200 دانشجوی دانشگاه کاشان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به شیوه نمونه­ گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب گردیدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس استفاده آسیب‌زا از تلفن همراه (Cell-phone over-use scale; COS)، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (Beck depression inventory; BDI)، مقیاس مشکل در تنظیم هیجان ( Difficulties in emotion regulation scale; DERS) و تحمل پریشانی (Distress tolerance scale; DST) بود.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای افسردگی، تحمل پریشانی و مشکل در تنظیم هیجان بیش از 33 درصد تغییرات اعتیاد به تلفن همراه را تبیین می­ کنند. همچنین، بین افسردگی و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه رابطه معنی­ داری وجود داشت (0/05< P،0/22r=). به­ علاوه، بین تحمل پریشانی (0/05 <P،/47-r=) و مشکل در تنظیم هیجان (0/05< P،0/50r=) با اعتیاد به تلفن همراه در دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان رابطه معنی­ داری مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان گفت اعتیاد به تلفن همراه به‌وسیلۀ سه متغیر افسردگی، تحمل پریشانی و مشکل در تنظیم هیجان قابل پیش­بینی است و مشکل در تنظیم هیجان نقش قوی‌تری در این پیش‌بینی دارد.
