بررسی اثر هم زمان نانوذرات اکسید روی و ویتامین C بر استرس اکسیداتیو در مخچه موش صحرایی

سابقه و هدف: در سال­ های اخیر به تاثیرات بالقوه مواد در ابعاد نانو روی سیستم عصبی مرکزی توجه بیشتری شده است. مخچه یکی از مناطق مغزی با جذب بالای روی می­ باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات نانواکسید روی بر شاخص ­های استرس اکسیداتیو مخچه موش ­های صحرایی در حضور و غیاب ویتامین C می­باشد.
مواد و روش ­ها: در این تحقیق تجربی موش ­های صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار (g250-200) به گروه­ های زیر (7=n) تقسیم شدند: یک گروه دریافت کننده سالین (شاهد)، سه گروه دریافت­ کننده دوزهای 25/1، 5/2 و 5 mg/kg نانواکسید روی، سه گروه­ دریافت کننده دوزهای 30، 60 و 120 mg/kg ویتامین C و 3 گروه­ دریافت کننده نانواکسید روی 25/1، 5/2 و 5 توأم با دوز mg/kg 30 ویتامین C. نیم ساعت پس از دریافت دارو، پس از بیهوش کردن حیوانات، مخچه آن­ها خارج شده و مالون دی­آلدئید و گروه ­های تیول ناحیه مخچه اندازه­ گیری شد.
نتایج: سطح مالون دی­ آلدئید در گروه ­های دریافت­ کننده mg/kg 5 نانواکسید روی و گروه­ های دریافت کننده دوزهای مختلف ویتامین C، همچنین گروه­ های دریافت کننده دوزهای مختلف نانواکسید روی توأم با mg/kg 30 ویتامین C در مقایسه با گروه سالین به­ طور معنی­ داری کاهش یافت. غلظت تیول تام در گروه­­ های مختلف مطالعه در مقایسه با گروه شاهد تغییر معنی ­دار نکرد.
 نتیجه ­گیری: نانواکسید روی به ­تنهایی و یا توام با ویتامین C اثرات کاهشی در میزان استرس اکسیداتیو مخچه موش صحرایی دارد.
