بررسی اثر کروسین بر حافظه احترازی غیرفعال، تعادل و رفتار جستجوگرانه به‌دنبال تجویز سیس پلاتین در موش صحرایی نر بالغ

سابقه و هدف: بسیاری از مطالعات نشان می­ دهد که شیمی ­درمانی باعث اختلال حافظه و حرکت بلافاصله پس از درمان می­ شود. از سوی دیگر، کروسین به ­عنوان یک ماده شیمیایی جدا شده از زعفران در تقویت حافظه و بهبود حرکت موثر است. در این مطالعه اثر کروسین بر حافظه و فعالیت حرکتی مختل شده به ­دنبال تزریق سیس پلاتین در موش­ های صحرایی نر بالغ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.

مواد و روش ­ها: در این مطالعه تجربی تعداد 50 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار به 5 گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند: کنترل، شاهد، سیس پلاتین (غلظت mg/kg, i.p 2)، کروسین (غلظتmg/kg, i.p  30) به­­ مدت 21 روز و موش ­های تیمار شده با تجویز هم­زمان سیس پلاتین و کروسین. به گروه شاهد سالین به ­روش داخل صفاقی تزریق شد. در پایان تزریقات، حافظه احترازی، تعادل و رفتار جستجو­گرانه به ­ترتیب با دستگاه­ های شاتل باکس، روتارود و جعبه باز سنجیده شدند.

نتایج: تیمار با کروسین باعث بهبود حافظه مختل شده به­ دنبال تزریق سیس پلاتین شد (0/01<P). هم ­چنین، سیس پلاتین باعث ایجاد اختلال تعادل در آزمون روتارود شد (0/05<P). تعداد بلند شدن روی دو پا و کل مسافت طی شده در آزمون جعبه باز در این گروه نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معنی­ دار (به­ ترتیب 0/001<P و 0/05 <P) نشان داد.

نتیجه ­گیری: مصرف کروسین می­تواند یک اثر محافظتی در برابر اختلال عملکرد شناختی، تعادل و رفتار جستجوگرانه ناشی از سیس پلاتین داشته باشد.
