بررسی اثر عصاره الکلی دانه ارزن پروسو (.Panicum miliaceum L) بر تراکم نورونی ناحیه هیپوکامپ موش سوری

سابقه و هدف: تشکیلات هیپوکامپ بخشی از لوب گیجگاهی را به­ خود اختصاص می­ دهد و خود از این بخش­ ها تشکیل شده است: جسم هیپوکامپ، شکنج دندان ه­ای و سوبیکولوم. گیاه ارزن حاوی پروتئین­ ها، مواد معدنی، ویتامین­ ها و آنتی ­اکسیدان­ های مورد نیاز برای حفظ حیات و سلامت سلول­ های بدن پستانداران است. این مطالعه به­ منظور تعیین اثر عصاره الکلی دانه گیاه ارزن پروسو (Panicum miliaceum L.) بر تراکم نورونی ناحیه هیپوکامپ انجام شده است.
مواد و روش­ ها: در این مطالعه تجربی 24 سر موش سوری به 4 گروه تقسیم شدند. عصاره الکلی دانه گیاه ارزن پروسو به روش سوکسله تهیه شده و به سه گروه تیمار به ­ترتیب با دوزهای 25، 50 و 75 میلی­ گرم بر کیلوگرم به روش داخل صفاقی و به ­مدت 21 روز تزریق شد. گروه کنترل نرمال سالین دریافت نمود. در پایان مطالعه حیوانات بیهوش شده و پس از پرفیوژن، مغز از جمجمه خارج گردید. بعد از انجام مراحل پاساژ بافتی از مغز برش تهیه شده و رنگ­آمیزی شد. سپس، تراکم نورونی نواحی مختلف هیپوکامپ بررسی شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که تراکم نورونی در نواحی CA1 و CA3 گروه تیمار شده با دوز mg/Kg 50 و در تمام نواحی هیپوکامپ (CA1,CA2,CA3) گروه تیمار شده با دوز mg/Kg 75 عصاره الکلی افزایش معنی­ داری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته است (0/05<P).
نتیجه­ گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره الکلی دانه گیاه ارزن پروسو باعث افزایش تراکم نورونی و القای نورون­زایی در هیپوکامپ موش سوری می ­گردد.
