اثر برنامه تمرین در آب و خشکی بر تعادل قامتی زنان مبتلا به سکته مغزی

سابقه و هدف: در سکته مغزی کنترل و تعادل بیماران مبتلا مختل می‌شود. این اختلال تعادل موجب افزایش خطر سقوط، کاهش اعتماد به ­نفس و وابستگی بیمار می‌گردد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرین در آب و خشکی بر تعادل قامتی این بیماران بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مشاهده ­ای است. تعداد 36 زن مبتلا به سکته مغزی که در 3 گروه تمرین در آب، تمرین در خشکی و گروه کنترل (بدون تمرین) قرار داشتند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تمرینات به ­مدت 8 هفته برای آنها انجام شد، و از کلیه آزمودنی‌ها آزمون تعادل قامتی (FRT) گرفته شد.

نتایج: تعادل قامتی بیماران بعد از تمرینات ورزشی (در آب و در خشکی) 4/6 سانتی­ متر از قبل از دوره تمرینی بهتر شد (P= 0/001). تمرین در آب و تمرین در خشکی به­ ترتیب 5/9 و 3/5 سانتی­ متر تعادل قامتی بیماران را بهبود بخشید (P= 0/001). و حجم اثر تمرین در آب 10 درصد از حجم اثر تمرین در خشکی بیشتر بود.

نتیجه ­گیری: در کل می­ توان گفت تمرین درمانی تعادل قامتی بیماران سکته مغزی را بهبود بخشیده و تمرین در آب در بهبود تعادل قامتی بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی از تمرین در خشکی موثرتر است.
