Total hyphema was reported in 61%, increased intraocular pressure (>25mmHg) was found in 44.1% and visible secondary bleeding were reported in 16.9%. Poor vision of less than 1/10 was recorded in 88.2% of the patients. Conclusion: Traumatic hyphema is more common in young males presenting with poor vision. Most of the cases were total hyphema with increased intraocular pressure. Prevention of eye-related trauma should be concerned |
