تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر هم جوشی شناختی، علائم اضطرابی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران زن مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

سابقه و هدف: ابتلا به بیماری مولتیپل­ اسکلروزیس (MS) مشکلات روان­شناختی متعددی ایجاد می­ کند که کیفیت زندگی بیماران را کاهش می­ دهد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد(ACT)  بر میزان هم­جوشی شناختی، علائم جسمانی و شناختی اضطراب و سطح کیفیت زندگی بیماران MS است.
مواد و روش ­ها: تعداد 50 بیمار زن مبتلا به MS به ­صورت تصادفی تحت­درمان ACT و آموزش مهارت­ های زندگی  (LSE)قرار گرفتند. درمان ACT به ­صورت ۸ هفته­ پیاپی و هر جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه برای گروه مداخله اجرا شد. داده­ های به ­دست­ آمده بااستفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری های مکرر (ANOVA) و بااستفاده از نرم­افزارSPSS  مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: در تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­ گیری مکرر، تفاوت معنی ­داری بین دو گروه ACT و LSE از نظر تغییرات میزان هم­جوشی شناختی، علائم جسمانی اضطراب، علائم شناختی اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی وجود نداشت و نمره کلیه متغیرها در دو گروه کاهش معنی ­داری داشت (0/05<P). همچنین بین زمان و تغییرات هم­جوشی شناختی (0/001<P، 11/38F=)، علائم جسمانی اضطراب (0/01<P، 5/62F=)، علائم شناختی اضطراب (0/006<P، 7/17F=) و کیفیت زندگی (0/01<P، 4/17F=) برهم­کنش وجود داشت؛ بدین ­معنا که با گذشت زمان، متغیر­های فوق تغییر یافتند.
نتیجه ­گیری: براساس این پژوهش می­توان از مداخله ACT برای درمان و کاهش هم­جوشی شناختی، علائم شناختی و جسمانی اضطراب و افزایش کیفیت زندگی بیماران زن مبتلا به MS  استفاده کرد.
