اثر تمرین با شدت متوسط بر فعالیت آنزیم های کاتالاز و مالون دی آلدئید در ناحیه هیپوکمپ موش های صحرایی دیابتی

سابقه و هدف: دیابت شیرین موجب تشدید استرس اکسیداتیو شده و فعالیت سیستم دفاع آنتی­ اکسیدان را کاهش می­ دهد. ازآنجایی­ که مغز حساسیت بالایی به استرس اکسیداتیو دارد و شواهد علمی حاکی از اثر ورزش منظم بر کاهش حساسیت مغز به آسیب ­های مغزی تحت شرایط پاتوفیزیولوژیک است، هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر تمرین با شدت متوسط بر فعالیت آنزیم­ های کاتالاز و مالون دی آلدئید در ناحیه هیپوکمپ موش ­های صحرایی مبتلا به دیابت بود.
­مواد و روش ­ها­: تعداد 24 سر موش صحرایی نر با سن 10 هفته و وزن 9/4±245 گرم به 4 گروه دیابت تمرین، دیابت کنترل، سالم تمرین و سالم کنترل تقسیم شدند. موش ­های گروه ­های دیابتی از طریق تزریق درون­ صفاقی استرپتوزوتوسین دیابتی شدند. برنامه تمرینی ورزشی شامل 6 هفته تمرین استقامتی با شدت متوسط بود. پس از 24 ساعت از آخرین جلسه تمرین نمونه ­های بافت هیپوکمپ استخراج گردیده فعالیت آنزیم ­های کاتالاز و مالون دی آلدئید در آنها بررسی شد.
نتایج: پس از تمرین استقامتی میزان کاتالاز در گروه­ های دیابت تمرین (7/74±161/24) نسبت به دیابت کنترل (8/05±148/55) و سالم تمرین (2/3±408/85) نسبت به سالم کنترل (9/33±283/44) افزایش معنی­ داری داشت (0/05<P). همچنین، میزان مالون دی آلدئید در گروه دیابت تمرین (1/75±9/65) نسبت به گروه دیابت کنترل (1/01±13/23) کاهش معنی ­داری یافت (0/05> P).
نتیجه­ گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه می ­توان گفت تمرین استقامتی می­ تواند در افزایش نقش آنتی ­اکسیدانی آنزیم کاتالاز و کاهش میزان مالون دی آلدئید بافت هیپوکمپ موش ­های دیابتی مؤثر باشد.
