تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات ورزشی مقاومتی بر بیومارکرهای جدید بیماری های قلبی-عروقی در مردان بزرگسال چاق

سابقه و هدف: چاقی و اختلالات مرتبط با آن از دلایل عمده ابتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی-عروقی و در نتیجه افزایش میزان مرگ ­ومیر می‌باشد. با این ­حال، نتایج مطالعات بیان­گر اثرات مناسب تمرینات ورزشی بر چاقی و عوارض ناشی از آن است. لذا هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر شاخص ­های لیپوکالین-2 (LCN2) و پروتئین متصل به اسید چرب (FABP4) در مردان بزرگسال چاق بود.
مواد و روش­ ها: در این مطالعه نیمه ­تجربی 24 مرد بزرگسال چاق انتخاب و به ­صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تمرین جایگزین شدند. گروه تمرین در یک برنامه تمرین مقاومتی با شدت 80-50 درصد یک تکرار بیشنه به­ مدت هشت هفته (سه جلسه در هفته) شرکت کردند. نمونه‌های خون وریدی در دو مرحله قبل و پس از پایان تمرینات جمع ­آوری شد. هم ­چنین شاخص‌های ترکیب بدنی در هر دو مرحله اندازه‌گیری شدند.
نتایج: تمرین مقاومتی باعث بهبود شاخصهای درصد چربی بدن، محیط کمر و نسبت دور کمر به لگن در گروه تمرین شد (0/05‌>P). به ­علاوه، نتایج نشان داد که غلظت شاخص لیپوکالین-2 در گروه تمرین (0/002‌=P) در مقایسه با گروه کنترل (0/799‌=P) پس از انجام تمرینات مقاومتی به­ طور معنی‌داری کاهش پیدا می‌کند. هم­ چنین، کاهش معنی­ دار در غلظت  FABP4بعد از تمرینات در گروه تمرین (0/002‌=P) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می‌کند تمرینات به­ کار رفته با این شدت و طول مدت، موجب بهبود ترکیب بدنی و کاهش عوامل جدید خطرزای بیماری‌های قلبی-عروقی در مردان چاق می‌شود. با ­این ­وجود، مطالعات بیشتر جهت درک سازوکارهای مولکولی آن ضرورت دارد.
