نقش واسطه ای فراشناخت و اجتناب تجربی در رابطه بین ترومای کودکی و نشانه های اختلال استرس پس از سانحه: کاربرد مدل معادلات ساختاری

سابقه و هدف: باتوجه به احتمال عود نشانه­ های اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) و ناکارآمدی رویکردهای درمانی در بهبودی ماندگار علائم این اختلال، شناسایی دقیق عوامل دخیل در شروع و حفظ PTSD از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. در این راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی فراشناخت و اجتناب تجربی در رابطه بین ترومای کودکی و نشانه ­های PTSD صورت گرفت.
مواد و روش ­ها: آزمودنی‌های این پژوهش مقطعی-تحلیلی، 432 بیمار (278 نفر زن و 154 نفر مرد) مراجعه ­کننده به مراکز درمانی شهر شیراز در بهار، تابستان، پاییز و زمستان 1397 بودند که باتوجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج و اجرای مصاحبه ساختاریافته برای اختلالات محور یک و دو (SCID) انتخاب شدند. فهرست اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PCL-5)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ترومای کودکی (CTQ)، فرم کوتاه باورهای فراشناختی ((MCQ-30 و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل (AAQ-II) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده ­ها به­ وسیله تحلیل معادلات ساختاری (ضرایب هم­بستگی و رگرسیون) در نرم­افزار AMOS (ver 23) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: یافتهها نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی، برازش مناسبی با داده ­ها دارد (0/97CFI=، 0/93GFI=، 0/96TLI=، 0/97IFI=، 0/97NFI=، 0/07RMSEA=) و کلیه ­ی ضرایب مسیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم در سطح آلفای 0/01 معنادار هستند. به­ طوری­ که فراشناخت و اجتناب تجربی به­ طور معناداری بین ترومای کودکی و نشانه­ های PTSD نقش میانجی را دارند. 
نتیجه ­گیری: یافته­ های این مطالعه پیشنهاد می­ کند که در طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی برای افراد مبتلا به PTSD، به نقش ترومای کودکی، فراشناخت و اجتناب تجربی توجه نمود.
