اثر فعالیت بدنی و میدان الکترومغناطیسی کم فرکانس 217 هرتز بر فعالیت حرکتی موش صحرایی

سابقه و هدف: امروزه استفاده گسترده از تلفن‌های همراه، نگرانی‌ها را درباره اثرات بیولوژیکی میدان‌های الکترومغناطیسی این وسیله ارتباطی بر بدن انسان فزونی بخشیده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش فعالیت‌بدنی در تعدیل اثرات میدان الکترومغناطیسی کم­فرکانس تلفن همراه بر فعالیت حرکتی موش صحرایی انجام شد.

مواد و روش ­ها: برای انجام مطالعه تجربی حاضر، تعداد 70 موش صحرائی بالغ در هفت گروه فعالیت بدنی بلند مدت و کوتاه مدت، کنترل، میدان الکترومغناطیسی، شَم، فعالیت بدنی بلندمدت-میدان الکترومغناطیسی و فعالیت‌بدنی کوتاه مدت-میدان الکترومغناطیسی تقسیم شدند. گروه فعالیت‌بدنی کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت به ­ترتیب یک هفته و یک ماه هر روز به­ مدت 30 دقیقه روی تردمیل به دویدن پرداختند. گروه میدان الکترومغناطیسی نیز به­مدت یک ماه هر روز سه ساعت در دستگاه شبیه‌ساز امواج تلفن همراه قرار گرفتند. گروه ­های ترکیبی فعالیت بدنی-میدان الکترومغناطیسی، بعد از قرارگیری موش‌ها در دستگاه شبیه‌ساز امواج تلفن همراه، جهت انجام فعالیت ‌بدنی روی تردمیل منتقل می‌شدند. در نهایت، شاخص‌های زمان حرکت، مسافت طی شده و سرعت حرکت اندازه‌گیری شد.

نتایج: میدان الکترومغناطیسی تلفن همراه موجب کاهش معنی‌دار فعالیت حرکتی موش‌ها نسبت به گروه شم گردید. فعالیت ‌بدنی بلند مدت و کوتاه مدت به­ طور معنی‌داری فعالیت حرکتی موش‌های تمرین کرده را نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش داد (0/05≥P)، اما فعالیت حرکتی گروه‌های ترکیبی (تحت تابش و دارای فعالیت‌بدنی) اختلاف معنی‌داری با گروه تحت تابش نداشتند (0/05≤P).

نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از فعالیت ‌بدنی نمی­ تواند به­ طور معنی‌داری از کاهش فعالیت حرکتی ناشی از میدان‌ الکترو­مغناطیسی کم­فرکانس تلفن همراه جلوگیری نماید.
